As
Christians we believe that there
is a God
who made us.
But because
we are only human we can never be
as perfect
as Him, and we always reject him.
Since He is
gonna be the judge,
we're in
big trouble if we rely on ourselves; we'd
be going to
hell.
But there's
awesome news!
Because
that God who made us also loves
us more
than we can imagine, He made it so that his
Son Jesus,
who is perfect, stands in for
us so we
can go to heaven.
This can
only happen because Jesus died 2000
years ago
and took all the punishment
we deserve
for rejecting God.
If you knew
this, how could you not get together
with your
mates and celebrate it! That's why
we do it!
